Is there an accessible media player that can read lyrics?

Is there a way to get Windows Media player to read lyrics? I'm learning to speak Gaelic and I got an MP3 course. Unfortunately it just has the Gaelic and no English. They said on the instructions that it's made for iPods/iPads or something that displays lyrics, as that's how you get the English translation as well as find out how the Gaelic words are spelled. Is there any type of media player that will read lyrics in a way that will be compatible with Jaws? Thanks.
